After 30 years, one moratorium,a fishery that has declined to the point of disaster and the body is too broken down to do what needs to be done - I've decided to pack it in after this season I have a week in Montauk in Sept. I will probably end it all hitting the entire southshore from Montauk to Robert Moses by early November.Done deal..
