I cast a yellow 1/0 deceiver across the east to west current to drift into a seam that ran parallel to shore, no more than a hundred feet out. Okay, they were only hickory shad I was catching, but I was the only one catching fish.I would say a bit over ninety percent of my fishing since that day has been fly rodding on the salt. I like to fish. I love to fly fish. Especially in the salt.
