I haven't seen his trailer in a while. He would always have a crazy cowboy hat and sometimes had a pet rabbit with him. We had a hilarious conversation with him one day on RT36 at a stop light.Originally Posted by cowherder
Awesome pics of cowboy charlie. I was fishing the hook one night earlier this year and he let me take these pics. They didn't come out that great. Still you can tell it's him because his truck has all this lettering on it. There is only one cowboy charlie. He is definitely a character.
