Found some kayaking gear yesterday...who's is it?
Tell me where you lost it and what you lost ...and it's yours.
-
That was nice to post, hope they get back whatever they lost. Are you new here? Welcome!
-
Welcome. Good to see there are still some good guys out there who try to return things that don't belong to them.
-
Bill is a GREAT guy! Every board I have looked at tonight has his post about the gear. Thanks Bill!
We all have lost some of our equipment. And it is not cheap to replace.
-
^ Yup, I'll 2nd that, Bill is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet.
Returning a small item is a good thing. Returning an expensive item deserves huge Mojo. What Bill found has some serious value, and the person who lost it is probably shocked at that loss.
I hope ya make the connection and find the owner, Bill. More people should think like you do.
BTW, welcome aboard!

Good thing to do.

Thanks everybody! Still haven't found the owner yet.
Got into some Bass this morning off M.B. ...I'll post about it later.
Go get them!
-
I've posted this on a bunch of sites and have yet to find the owner. If you know somebody who owns a yak and doesn't go on the web, please ask them. Thanks
-
Hey Billdude, Great effort.
Did you also post in the Kayak section?
-
Very commendable, and welcome to S&A.

Thanks for posting. I don't know where you're from, but I have a buddy who recently wiped out big time in southern MA and lost a bunch of stuff. If there's any chance it might be his, I'll put him in touch...

Gear and owner have been reunited.

That's cool. That's how I came along this site. I left my rod on a curb while packing my gear from fishing. Darkskies found it and to make a long story short, via fishing websites he returned my rod to me. Still an amazing story to me.
