Nice work.
Didn't know the extent of your injuries, Madcaster......
I remembered you fell....a few members mentioned something as well.....
Sorry to hear it was a fracture.
Hope it heals relatively quickly....and my offer to help if you need anything still stands, just let me know......
after xrays it showed a fracture and they put some screws in it
thanks rich
Feel better madcaster
sweet! what do you think about fishing them like spooks in the bays in the spring when the blues come in?
I skip them across the top of the water ...looking for that top water hit
Do they float? Or sink slow?
Also what do they weigh?
They look great!

Hay mad caster did not know what happened. Good luck with your recovery and be careful.
Fractured hip? Get better soon.Nice work too. You'll be ready for the spring hopefully.
get well soon MC so you can slay some fish next season. This season is just about done anyway
Thanks guys
They sink ...not sure how they sink ,they haven't been swim tested
weight is from 1 3/4 to 2 1/4
I build my needles the way I fish them .....across the top of the water and allways tailed weighted to make sure they cast well
I tried to make floating needles ,but they allways sink on me or there so light I can't cast them
Nice work MC hope you heal well.
Cranky Old Bassturd.
