Halibut
Halibut ( Great Receipe)
1/2cup mayonnaise1/2cup sour cream Juice of 1 lemonSalt and pepper, to taste1onion, chopped2pounds skinless boneless halibut, cut into 4 pieces2/3cup crushed croutons3tablespoons chopped parsley
1. Set the oven at 375 degrees. Have on hand a 9-by-13-inch baking dish
2. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
3. Place the onions in the baking dish. Set the fish on top, making one layer. Spread the mayonnaise mixture on the fish and sprinkle with crouton crumbs.
4.Bake the fish for 25 minutes or until it is cooked through. Sprinkle with parsley.
