Fillets cooked in foil
8 oz can of stewed tomatoes
1/3 c. spicy steak sauce
1 garlic clove
4 fish fillets
½ onion
2 C. small carrots cut up
In a small bowl combine stewed tomatoes, steak sauce and garlic.
Place each fillet in center of 1 of 4 squares of foil, top each with sliced onion and carrots.
Pour sauce over. Wrap in foil cook 350 for about 20 minutes or until fish flakes with fork.
