"In this age of instant gratification, people don't seem to want to learn to work at doing something."
Amen.

So true. For me its the act of "learning" that is fun. Discovering things.
Instant gratification takes away from the majority of the fun, the sense of accomplishment.
For those that seek, need instant gratification it says a lot about these types of people, about the state of our society.
